Join us on Thursday 26th June for our Living Well event, where you can chat with our team about a wide range of local services to help you and your family live well. Many organisations will be there on the day too, providing information on their services and how they can help you in different aspects of life.
What is a Primary Care Network?
We’re a collective of seven local GP practices who work together with a range of local providers across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector - offering more personalised, coordinated health and social care to residents of the Vale of Evesham.
